I work at Tackle as Director of Engineering. We're building a best practices focused, be kind to one another, team of engineers.
Preveiously, I was Director of Engineering at Kapost. I lead our product enginnering teams through our acquisition by Upland Software.
Before that I founded and ran a digital agency named Diode. Our most meaningful work was an app that connects cancer patients.
I also built and ran the Boulder engineering team when I was Director of Engineering Services at MojoTech.
Over the years I have won a few awards & hackathons, and spoken at Boulder Javascript, Boulder Ruby, and Providence Javascript meetup groups.
